So I really think that Chinese food and a movie Friday's are becoming a tradition at our place. By the time either of us gets out of work we are just too damn exahsted to do anything. I have been wanting to go skating, which I might try to do this Friday night, but I just couldnt bring myself to go this past weekend. I wanted to go see the Freeze Pops, because they were playing at the LongBranch in Taunton, but by the time I got any ambition it was too late and I was just getting grumpy and hungry... SO, off we went to get chinese food once again, and we watched a pretty good movie whos name I cant remember right this second.
Saturday was much more eventful. I had a lovely morning learning about C-Print at the Taunton Holiday Inn to help out my friend's non-profit organization. After that I met up with Aaron for our first movie theatre date ever :) We finally got to see The Last Airbender at the 2$ movie theatre in RI and by the time it was over I only wanted more. Yes, more movie please! It was so amazing!! We both have followed the cartoons and were dying to see it. **Geeks** But its ok, I wear my title with pride. After the movie we went home for a nap, then to the store to pick up dinner stuffs for a campfire at the farm with Adam and Ashley. We made meat on a stick and chatted witch was just awesome. Its what I had been wanting to do for a very long time... just relaxing with some music by the campfire.
At this campfire I decided that Adam and I fight like brother and sister. I have always wanted a big brother and from now on I will refer to him as such. Although I am older, hee hee, he is "bigger" so, yea.
On Sunday I ran a ton or errands and picked up flowers for my grandmothers bday dinner. When panda got home we went to my grandmas bday cookout. He got to meet my uncle finally and I knew that they would hit it off. My Uncle even told him about a sweeeet car parts show/ swap meet that we are going to try to go to in October.... ( aaron does not know that we are totally going yet... lol ) Perhaps we will just start driving down to CT and end up in the vicinity of a swap meet...** smiles!!
We stayed at the fire till late, ate delicious smores outside and chatted with my family. They all love him which is super nice. effortless.
SO, that was this weekend in a nutshell. Right about now, its Thursday, should be Friday, and I am sick, exhausted, and stuck at school till forever while the rest of the world is home. BOO. I have to get home tomorrow to clean for this party stuff this weekend and create a costume with Ashley. We did get to the mall yesterday and I Acquired a panda pom pom hat for winter and my little red riding hood halloween costume and some sweeeet red high heels to go with it... I will officially be "little red" for halloween... yay!
